Mr. Nie —Co-Founder / Strategic Director
With extensive experience in the semiconductor and innovative electronics sectors, with a career spanning technology R&D, project management, marketing, markets strategic, and financing. He has led end-to-end delivery of major international collaboration projects with top global brands. Through a “consulting + long-term partnership” model, he empowers clients to overcome growth bottlenecks and achieve successful transitions from R&D to commercialization.
Mr. Nie holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's from Shenzhen University.
Dr. Wong —Co-Founder / Technical Partner
With nearly two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, previously served as an SoC chip architect at leading global companies including Intel and Samsung. He has led multiple ASIC and SoC mass-production projects, specializing in integrating advanced technological trends with practical client applications. His expertise in customized chip design enables clients to address core technical challenges efficiently and enhance overall product competitiveness.
Dr. Wong holds a Postdoctoral degree from the University of Twente and a Ph.D. in Electronic Information Technology from the University of Science and Technology of China.
Dr. Zhu —Co-Founder / Investment & Financing Strategy Advisor
Over 15 years of experience in banking and asset management, specializing in investment and financing for high-tech industries. He leverages his global capital network and cross-border deal expertise to provide tailored financial strategies for technology-driven enterprises.
Dr. Zhu holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and a Ph.D. in Government Economics from Fudan University.
