We’re actively seeking Industry Experts to lead high-stakes client engagements in the semiconductor and tech space. Your role will be to guide clients through industry complexities—from refining technical roadmaps to scaling market expansion—turning challenges into actionable growth strategies. We prioritize candidates with 5–8+ years of deep semiconductor expertise (e.g., advanced process nodes, automotive semiconductors, AI chip ecosystems) or adjacent tech sectors, but we also embrace diverse backgrounds that bring unique industry perspectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Industry Expert, you’ll own strategic value delivery for clients:
1.Lead industry trend analysis (e.g., adoption of 3D packaging, supply chain resilience, shifts in AI chip demand) to inform clients’ long-term business strategies.
2.Develop customized solutions for complex challenges—such as optimizing chip R&D investment, entering high-growth verticals (industrial IoT, automotive electronics), or navigating regulatory/trade landscapes.
3.Advise clients on technical-commercial tradeoffs (e.g., balancing process node selection with cost targets) and validate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
4.Mentor junior team members, share niche industry insights, and elevate the overall quality of project deliverables.
What We Look For
Ideal candidates bring a mix of expertise and collaboration skills:
1. Deep domain knowledge in a semiconductor subfield (e.g., chip design, manufacturing, testing) or
vertical tech markets (automotive semiconductors, edge computing chips).
2. Proven experience in strategic consulting, industry research, or senior leadership roles (e.g., technical
strategy, market development) within tech/semiconductor firms.
3. Strong stakeholder management abilities—able to align cross-functional client teams (engineering,
finance, marketing) around shared goals.
4. Excellent English communication (verbal & written) to translate complex technical and industry
concepts into clear, persuasive guidance.
